Do you give warranty for your products?
Yes we do, but in different ways:
- A new item has the factory warranty: entire or remaining period, depending on the buying and selling time
- A self mounted (stand alone) item has its warranty because you cannot create problem to it if no crashes or electrical shocks or other injuries occours; at the least it is 30days warranty.
- Electronic devices or boards are sold in perfect working condition but they have no warranty because if you put them into a controller or device which is broken, you can damage the new board itself.. and here usually start some problems.
We can give you a video in which you will see the board we are going to sell you, working in its environment and being packed for you, with serial numbers clearly seen.
